We're looking forward to a great session. Please read everything below to arrive prepared and ready for amazing headshots.
Your studio address will be provided in your confirmation email. Final call time is sent within a week prior to your shoot.
There are parking spots in front of the studio — feel free to park in one of the designated spots.
Bring a lot of options! It's best to bring basic items in addition to pieces that reflect your personal style. Think outside the box — we'll go over all of your clothing options together when you arrive. If you have representation, talk to them about the types you're going for and what they need from the photos.

If using one of our amazing Hair & Makeup Artists (highly recommended!), please arrive with clean, moisturized skin and no makeup — it's best to start with a clean face for a flawless application. Arrive with your hair how you normally wear it day to day.
Makeup includes light hair styling (curls, waves, ponytails, etc.) but we don't schedule time for full blowouts. The MUA stays the entire shoot for changes and touch-ups. If you're requesting hair changes that may take extra time, please reach out after booking so we can adjust the schedule.
If you're not using one of our makeup artists, we can't be responsible for how your makeup looks on camera — makeup can photograph differently than it looks in person. Please make sure your foundation matches your skin tone and bring your makeup bag to touch up as needed.
Skin tip: Please don't try any new skin treatments, peels, or regimens in the weeks leading up to your shoot. Stick to your normal routine, drink water, and get some rest!
Cash, card, or Venmo are all accepted for the shoot. Your Makeup Artist should be paid directly at the shoot — MUAs prefer cash, check, or Venmo.
Rescheduling requires at least 10 days' notice. A $100 retainer applies and goes toward your new shoot date.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your session, your deposit is forfeited.
No-shows are unacceptable and will be charged the full amount of the shoot, plus any MUA fee if one was scheduled.
